Located on the corner of South Saginaw Street and First Street in downtown Flint, our building was originally constructed in 1885. Renovated as the Community Foundation Building in 2008, it became the Community Foundation’s home and part of the revitalization of downtown Flint.

Our entrance is located off First Street. Parking is available on the surface lot across the street. Parking codes are available to all visitors by calling our receptionist at 810-767-8270.
